The 2017 CRF250 Rally is based on the CRF250L platform, but upgraded for more “adventure” style: larger fuel tank, fairings, wind-protection, long-travel suspension, 21″ front / 18″ rear wheels. 
• Engine: 249 cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder, DOHC, with revised PGM-FI, throttle body (38 mm) and airbox tweaks for 2017.
• Wet weight: about 157 kg (for the Rally) according to Honda’s specs.
• Seat height: ~895 mm (35.2″) — tall.
• Key features: Two-channel ABS (rear can be disabled), strong wind protection/fairing, rally-inspired styling.
• The “full exhaust system” means that both headers/downpipe and muffler have been changed from stock. That upgrade will influence performance, sound, possibly tuning and legality.
